Making formula ahead of time question

🍍

I currently make my sons formula ahead of time and store it in the fridge at the pediatrician later recommendation due to his reflux and giving the bubbles a chance to settle. There is an insulated section of my diaper bag, which I put two ice packs in and usually two bottles when we go out to be safe. I don’t usually go out for more than 1-2 hours at a time so I’ll use a bottle within an hour that I put it in his bag usually. I know that they say if you let it sit out for more than an hour to toss it...my question is, if it’s cold in the diaper bag (ice packs directly on the bottle) I can feed them to him even if it’s been longer than an hour right? (I do warm the bottles up in hot water when ready to feed).

I know this is a dumb question I’m just being really anal about it. Thanks in advance!
