Weightloss, exercise and pregnancy.

I have about 40lb to lose.

I've lost just over 7lb over the last few weeks and have a good healthy diet going now after a rough spell (lots of junk food, hence the gains!)

We are currently TTC, and I'm 6DPO.

I'm due to start with a personal trainer tomorrow (he is aware I'm TTC and said just tell him straight away if I'm pregnant so he can adjust the training)

Has anyone else continued safely on their weightloss and fitness journey while pregnant?

I'd hate to have even more to lose post partum .

If I'm lucky enough to be pregnant this cycle, my due date would be January 2020, and we are getting married in May 2020!!!

Any help or advice appreciated. X
