Such a rewarding progress!
July 17, 2018 to now! 199 to 173! As many don’t know I jumped on a journey to become healthier and happier with my life. It was a scary journey to start but, has been rewarding so far. I can’t be happier that I chose this journey and don’t have any regrets at all. I stopped saying “what if” and started saying “i will.”
