Face products during pregnancy

Ok I know this may be a dumb question but you literally have to watch everything you do while pregnant so I’m going to ask. Do you have to watch what face products you use while pregnant? Such as face washes and masks. My skin is dry and my eczema is flaring up I wanted to find something that I could wash my face with without it affecting the baby
