Is it appropriate

Is it appropriate to wear a two piece while pregnant? I’m due in August and I plan to go swimming because I’ll be pregnant all summer. But I said something about going swimming while at my moms and my dad told me I shouldn’t be wearing a two piece. I’m not a big girl I’m 160 while pregnant. It made me feel super self conscious and now I don’t think I want to go swimming.
