Could I be pregnant

On 4/13 spotted for 3 days. A few weeks that I had an episode where I thought i got food poisoning I was sick and throwing everywhere. The nausea never left. I started getting more and more exhausted throughout the days. And then cramping started after the spotting and I'm still cramping today except for the cramping has moved from my side to like the middle of my pelvic area. I only feel pressure when I'm sitting down for a long period of time. Then my back started hurting, the cervical mucus came, sore breasts came and today diarrhea! I may have to actually test ! Just want some insight from those that are currently pregnant.
