birth control and period HELP

So backstory. I’ve been on birth control pills (junel fe) for a while and it has regulated my periods. every month I got my period during the placebo week. 2 months ago I skipped the placebo week and went straight to the next pack of active pills. The next month came and I never got my period. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative (I do not use condoms when having sex but my bf pulls out and I always take the pill everyday on time). This month I am one day into the placebo week and I haven’t gotten my period yet. Today during sex there was creamy white discharge coming out. Does anyone know what’s going on ??
