Is this normal??? 5 weeks and 3 days.

I was spotting pinkish red on Saturday (4/27) as well. Maybe about a tablespoon of blood when I wiped. Went to ER as I thought I was at risk for miscarriage as my progesterone levels are low. They said everything was fine but I have a cyst on right ovary (corpus luteum cyst.) but hcg was 1,570 so they said to take it as a threatened miscarriage. Now I’m spotting this brown discharge thing? Should I be concerned? I do have slight cramping. I also had an ultrasound at the hospital (which is also how they found the cyst) and he said he sees a yolk sac but it’s too early to see the baby still or hear a heartbeat.

This is my first pregnancy and I’m just worried I’m sorry if this is a dumb question.
