Gestational diabetes, 2nd pregnancy

So I was not prediabetic before either pregnancy. I am sure of this because I go through fertility each time and have been tested several times.

I had gestational diabetes with the first, and go in for the 3 hour test tomorrow. I’m pretty sure I will fail the test, I failed the 1 hour test by a lot.

Is it easier the second time around? Any mommas have experience in getting it in more than one pregnancy? I got some extra ultrasounds with the first as well as induced a week early. Is it safe to assume it will happen again like that?

I also have PCOS and am beginning to wonder if it’s related at all.
