Am I losing the baby?

I’m 4 weeks 5 days
I’ve been spotting for three days and it turned red and there’s a tiny clot. Chemical? Nothing to worry about? Go to a doctor?

Update: 
Spent the morning at the ER. Bloodwork showed hcg 47 and an empty uterus. All day cramping and bleeding. Doc called it a threatened miscarriage for now and in two days I go back to see if hcg is gone.

I’d call your dr and request blood work unless you’re bleeding and in sever pain there’s nothing the er can do but requesting blood work tomorrow can measure your levels

Just a heads up when I thought I was having a miscarriage I went to the er and had to wait 3 hours. When the dr came in he told me that they couldn’t do anything for me because what I had going on...this is his exact words “not an emergency”. My big mouth proceeds to say “So a mother fearing that she may be having a miscarriage, isn’t an emergency?” He goes “Correct”. My husband and I walked out as soon as he said that. Long story short, our Rainbow is doing fine. But save yourself the headache from the er and call your ob. If they think it’s something serious they will want to see you immediately.
