What do i do???

My sister is in labor and delivery with high BP at 38 weeks. They said if her bp doesnt go down they are going to induce her. Well, the hospital she is at is 40 mins away from me. I also have OB appt tomorrow morning because I am 36+3 :) and work right after. Its crucial i cant miss work cause I have to use what pto time I have for my baby when she comes. This is my sister second baby. Im scared if i rush myself to the hospital 40 mins away with myself being so pregnant..i might regret it. Im already dialating and midwife can touch my babies head. Iv also been having regular night time contractions. Ive never been in such a predicament. Whaaaaat do i do???
