Ladies I need help!

This is my third pregnancy my first two children were boys and this time I'm lucky to get my little girl! I'm so happy BUT with pregnancy I have gotten the WORST acne and I cant get rid of it. Any of you ladies experiencing the same thing? If you are how are you getting rid of it??
