Bad choice in food whole breastfeeding
So yesterday i ate a lot :( I ended up having a stomach ache and throwing up because of how greasy and heavy the food was. My baby has been super fussy tonight so I’m not sure if she has the same reaction to the food as I did 😭😭😭 ugh I feel like such a bad mom🤦🏽♀️🙍🏽♀️
