I miscarried almost 6 weeks ago. Still haven’t got my period back. Taking ovulation tests and patiently waiting for my body to begin its cycle because I’m anxious to get pregnant.

Not knowing my cycle and not knowing if it’s really even possible, my husband and I have been actively trying to get pregnant.

Yesterday I took an ovulation test and I was so sure it was positive!

I called my husband and told him we NEEDED to have sex when he got home.

Well. He got home, I went pee and there was blood on the toilet paper. So I assumed my period started (I was equally as happy) put a tampon in and went to bed.

I woke this morning to change my tampon and there was the smallest amount of light pink and brownish blood on it. Nothing since.

Now, I was told my first period following a miscarriage was going to be bloody and messy and painful.

So I don’t think this is a period...

COULD it have been implantation bleeding? I’ve had slight cramps on and off but besides that, nothing.

I just don’t know what implantation bleeding really looks like or ifs it’s even possible in my situation.
