What else do I need?

I am a first time mom and my little girl will be here before I know it; and I was wondering if I need anything else that I had not listed or if someone I listed was/is kinda unnecessary?

People will say the diaper genie sucks but I LOVE MINE... highly recommended it. 
I wouldn’t bother with Tylenol right, if you buy any medicine I would get saline nose spray or drops, gripe water (I only use it for hiccups) and mylicon gas relief drops. 
Mittens are okay, my girl has tiny wrists so they just fall off. My hospital gave us two pairs, I wouldn’t buy them tbh you can use socks if you want. My girl will be 5 weeks on Wednesday and she hasn’t even scratched her face, we mainly out them on her if there is a draft in the room. 
Also go ahead and get a diaper rash cream or two lol

I recommend getting a NoseFrida!
I haven’t breastfed, but I would get some kind of nursing pillow if I were you. They’re shaped a specific way so baby lays correctly, while other pillows don’t have that perk!

Bassinet or somewhere for baby to sleep and is easy to move around the house. 
Crib/safe co sleeper device (ex. Doc a tot)
Gas drops

Get the Breast Friend for sure. I have a Boppy and and BF, and the Boppy was never comfortable. It doesn’t fit around a post partum belly and doesn’t have the back support like the BF pillow. 
Other things to add:
- Gas drops
- Gripe water
- butt paste (red jar of Budreauxs) and A&D ointment for every diaper change
- baby wearing wrap/sling/carrier (my faves are handwoven wraps, and Tula carrier)

IMO a diaper genie is a waste of money, it’s much easier to just throw dirty diapers in a walmart bag and toss it outside your door until you have a chance to run it to the dumpster, but that’s just me, other than that everything looks great my boppy was nice but I honestly didn’t use it all that much. Btw congratulations momma!❤️😊

You don’t need baby powder. It’s actually not entirely recommended anymore. Just a diaper cream works fine. 
A boppy isn’t a necessity but definitely helpful. I had an offbrand cheaper one, worked just as good! 
Baby Tylenol you can wait on, they can’t have Tylenol until I think 2 months old? So it won’t be something you need right away.

your list looks good to me. And on your boppy pillow debate, I have a mybreast friend pillow and its amazing. it hold baby up perfectly so you really only need one arm supporting the baby and have a hand free to eat or whatever
