Bad cramping but no blood
I’m 5 weeks 3 days. Last night I had really bad cramping with back pain. I feel okay today I’m thinking it was maybe gas pains? Anyone else experience that? Just freaking out because last time I had bad cramps and back pain, it ended in miscarriage😞
