Gas question
I am million a times more gassy since I had my son 7 weeks ago. Seems like everything makes me toot. I eat a ton of fruit and veg, but also did this before and while I was pregnant. I eat about 4-5 cups of fruit and veg with lunch, and another 2-3 cups with dinner.
Lunch is usually an apple, carrots, cucumber, and spinach. I have a PB and J as well and maybe two small slices of cheese. I have broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, and/or asparagus with dinner. Some sort of grain/carb and a protein (tofu, beans, or chicken).
Why am I so gassy? It it because my bowels are still readjusting after childbirth? Or is it because of the sheer volume of roughage I consume on the daily???
