Tampons??

Hello, I’m borrowing my aunts account for this!

I’m going to be going to an all girls summer camp for the first time ever and this is a big step for me. I have grown up in an all male household with my aunt as my only female figure I was homeschooled until 11 and have been wearing pads however I wanna start wearing tampons I’m just not sure how since

the box doesn’t really give pictures any recommendations???

I would have asked my aunt but she’s going on a two month-long trip to Europe and won’t be able to help :(

I really do not know what I am doing and I am so scared to be that girl that bleeds through her swimsuit.
