Implantation VS Ectopic pregnancy

Hey I need some advice! (Sorry if this is the wrong group to post it in.. did post this in a few other groups sorry!)

So I just found out I'm prego! (Yay) buy I'm worried that it might be ectopic (not attached to the uterus but the fallopian tube.) I felt implantation cramps in my uterus for a while but now I'm getting a bit of a slight pain near my left side of my pelvis. I believe it's the muscle.

I am gonna check it out with the doctors but if anyone has ever had this or had more info (tried to look this up for hours) I would really appreciate it!
