Spotting one day stopped/clomid???

Had some spotting on Friday morning then nothing Saturday or Sunday. Yesterday I started & flow is still going. They still wanted me to come in for blood test today to make sure I’m not pregnant because boobs have hurt so bad. Anyways don’t think I’m pregnant. So my question is when do I take my clomid???? Do I act like Friday didn’t happen with the spotting. My doctor is out of town and his nurse seems to not know alot😏 she is suppose to be checking with another doctor. I figure I just count Monday as my day 1. Any advice please?!
