Pilates during pregnancy?

If you haven’t done Pilates throughout pregnancy, I’m not responding to your post. I’m just letting you know in advance because I know a lot of people have opinions and blah blah blah.

To those of you who did Pilates throughout the entirety of your pregnancy:

My doctor told me today (15w appt) that I’ll have to stop Pilates in a month due to how hard it is on abs. There is nothing wrong with my pregnancy and she would’ve told any healthy mama to stop Pilates.

My question is: With modifications, can one do Pilates all throughout pregnancy, especially if they’ve been doing it for awhile?

What modifications have you done besides using the wedge to elevate yourself?
