My husband and I have been looking for a house to buy since July! We’ve found a couple and for one reason or another the deal fell through. So we’ve been praying that God shows us the perfect house. Last week we found the house! 5 bedrooms 2.5 baths and very newly updated throughout! We fell in love with it! And it was actually in our price range too! We put in an offer and after a WEEK of waiting for a response they decided that everything we asked for (granted it was a little much so that we could negotiate) they aren’t up for it. They even suggested we pay them if the deal doesn’t close on a certain date! Like seriously?! Our realtor suggested we don’t even try to get the house now because they don’t even seem like they want to sell. I’m heartbroken! I thought this was the one! We live with my in laws. 4 of us in one tiny room and no privacy! I’m getting really depressed being here and I just don’t know how much longer I can take this.....
