Weird period?

So I’m two days late for my period, and the app is usually always spot on for when I start. I have a pretty regular period so it’s easy to track. I went to the restroom last week and wiped a bit of blood and thought I was just going to start my period so didn’t worry about it. But then I checked my app and saw that I wasn’t supposed to start till this week. So I got a bit worried. Now that I’m two days late, I’m getting this weird spotting. It’s only happened a couple times and it’s not a lot they’re literally just like 3 spots on my underwear. Me and boyfriend use condoms and are always safe about having sex so idk what this could be?? I’m fairly sure I am not pregnant. Does anyone know what it could be?? Also I never spot before periods
