Gas pain? Any advice?

I’m extremely gassy this pregnancy, at night it’s so painful. Anyone take anything to help?

I have been using gas x and walking. Also started keeping track of what foods seem to make gas worse and have been avoiding those. For example broccoli does not do well for me now.

I have this issue too. I learned with my last pregnancy, if you get up on all fours/your hands and knees while laying in bed and just sway back and forth a little bit, it relieves a lot of the trapped and pain. That’s what I’ve been doing. I hope it helps you!

Gas X! It's not something you take every day as a preventative, but take it whenever your gas is intolerable. It works great and is totally safe in pregnancy. (:
