Help me please! 5 or 6 dpo

Hello ladies,

I had a mc late September 2018 and the next month I started my period regularly.

I have been trying to conceive a rainbow baby for 6 months now and I'm on my twww. I had an hsg test two days after I stopped bleeding.

I have been feeling like pinch feeling and a bit of pain around my tubes. Also, my nipples sometimes hurt, feels like they are being pinched and I dont know if it is me or is it real I think that my nipple got darker.

I saw a brown blood maybe when I wipe.

Do you think this month might be my month?
