Ladies. This is my first pregnancy. I’m currently 30 weeks along. And my back is killing me. Not just the lower back. The entire thing. I’ve tried laying down and different positions, Heat. Ice. Showers. (I don’t have a tub. Only a shower stall.) can someone help?
