Concerning or no?

I had a pretty intense cramp on the left side of my lower back. The pain actually started to radiate down my leg. Felt like maybe trapped gas or something. After maybe 5 minutes or so, it went away.

I just went to my OB a week ago at 6 weeks pregnant & everything was fine. I’m 7 weeks today. Is this abnormal? Should I be checking in with him? I’ve also had an increase in White discharge over the last two days, along with my all day nausea.

Just wondering if I should bring this up to my OB or if this is just one of the woes of pregnancy.
