I’m in a predicament

I got offered a job that is better in terms of hours , more hours ,more money and she is willing to pay for any extra education I want , (hairdressing classes, lashes..etc) but it’s 1hour away .. she’s also very professional but intimidating.

My job I have now she’s always cutting my hours , I maybe make 300 a week, I have to pay for all my education I want, I’m not allowed to expand really much more with this company it’s only hair I can’t open up into anything else. But it’s 30mins away , my boss now is way into my personal buisness like 2weeks who she took my credit card from me and said if I wanted my hours to stop getting cut then I have to give her my credit card .

Do I hand in my resignation tomorrow ?
