Postpartum glucose test

What was your six week pp glucose test like? Was it as nerve wracking as before GD DX? Did you easily pass? Or were you told you have regular diabetes? Did you stick to a GD diet until then or not? At the hospital after labor & delivery I was not given any food restrictions and was told my sugars (and baby’s too) were fine. I can’t lie that I’m feeling apprehensive about the follow up glucose test especially as diabetes runs in my family. Maybe my significant weight loss will also help.
