Can't suck, so what do I do?

Sooo y'all may or may not know what this is, but I have a cleft palate. (If you don't know look it up) I'm getting my 3rd surgery on it in a few months. The problem is my palate still has a few tiny holes in it from my braces (I'm 16) so whenever i suck (my mans or anything else for that matter) my mouth makes a really weird squeaking noise. It also prevents me from sucking hard, like I can't give hickeys. It bothers me to the point that I'm afraid to give my boyfriend head bc I feel like he won't get off. He says it doesn't bother him.. but it still makes me very self conscious.

I know this is all confusing, but if anyone can give me some tips on getting my man off (without sucking) until I get my next surgery, that would be great.
