My baby is only estimated to be 5lbs at full term 😳

I am high risk due to clotting and having HG. I have weekly NSTs and growth scans. My last NST she failed because I guess her heart rate was high and not coming down. And now my doctor called and baby has dropped to the 17% range (she was above 50% last scan). So now my weekly NSTs are now biweekly, and growth scans weekly. If i stay on this track shes estimated to only be 5lbs at birth. But my doc says if she continues to look bad on NSTs, they will take her out early. I'm an emotional mess right now. I feel so guilty😭😭😭
