46 and trying... crazy to think it can happen?

46 years old and TTC.  (Never thought I wanted kids until I met “the one”).  No signs of menopause.  Cycle is always normal.  Low AMH, but not letting that stop me.  Several women in my family have had oops babies in their 40’s.  Trying naturally.  Any success stories y’all know of with women my age having healthy babies?  Or is there even anyone crazy like me to think it’s possible?

I’m going to be 44 next week and trying for #1. I don’t think we’re crazy but I do think we need to bet determined. Determination comes easy to most women so I think we’ve got this. I want to see a specialist as quick as possible and have a plan. My second priority is to manage stress and enjoy this time when me and my partner have decided to start a family together.  So beautiful I don’t want to miss it getting caught up nonessentials. I hope you have as much joy as possible through this journey! 😌🤱🏽

I’m 42 & TTC #1 for the last 2 yrs using all the apps, teas, vitamins. Definitely see a specialist. Had I known what DH’s sperm analysis would reveal plus the results of my hysteroscopy 2 years ago it would have definitely changed my strategy while my eggs were younger. Good luck & baby dust.

Have you been to the ttc over 40 group? You are one of many many women trying to have a baby in her 40’s. Most with the deck stacked against us... but there are SO many success stories! Good luck!
