What should i do with him?

In the 1st 2yrs of our relationship, he wasnt at all secretive w his phone, email, or bank acct. I was able to use them as if they were mine. But as 3yrs hits til now, he became secretive as hell w everything. Phone, email, bank, social media etc.

However, he always check and use my phone and email. And if i wont let him, he acts like im hiding something. I saw that he was flirting w women on a smule app, so i separated from him.

During our separation, he was making promises about changing, and he said he will no longer be secretive w his things. And that from now on, we both will share accts.

I went back, a few days later, hes still the same secretive guy. He doesnt want us both having facebook, but his acct is active. And hes still talking to girls on the smule app.

Idk anymore, he says im controlling and evil for not wanting him to be secretive or talk to girls. But i just dont want him to do the things he doesnt want me to do. And when he talks to girls, all he does is flirt w them.
