No baby in the uterus at 11 weeks

Missed period, tested positive at home and at the doctors visit too. Have all pregnancy symptoms, bump was growing and everything was fine. All blood work was done and came out well.

On week 11, there was a little spotting and doctor advised scan to be sure everything was fine due to a loss in the past.

Ultrasound shows no baby or a sac yoke but hcg is 3700u/l.

How possible is this☹
