Period coming?

Does anyone ever get pops in their stomach before their period comes? I know it's probably gas but it literally feels like baby kicks around 25weeks lol. Deffo not pregnant, I've been on birth control since having my daughter and we use condoms aswell. It's always happened to me, I remember telling a friend in school expecting her to say the same happens to her but she thought it was strange. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm not really worried just curious.
