32 weeks pregnant.

So I been having a strong odor in my urine. I drink lots of water daily. No juice. It’s very yellow. it itches. The inside is itchy as well. I went to my doctor. I did a urine test. She’s telling me I don’t have a UTI or any bacteria in my urine. I have a lot of white discharge. Also before pregnancy & early pregnancy my vagina was pink as ever. I held a mirror up last night it is so purple and dark and swollen looking. Dark red out the outter part. 😪😪 I am going crazy
