First BFP ... help?!

OMG.... 4 days late and took a test today... 
here is the thing I am worried about tho.. my wedding is NEXT weekend and we’re supposed to get on a plane and head to punta cunta after (I’ll be about 6 weeks)..... is this ok? I’m so worried...am I not supposed to travel?

I would think the only problem with traveling to a tropical place is the risk of contracting Zika virus. 
We went to Punta Cana for our honeymoon last year, and there weren’t many mosquitos (mosquitos LOVE me.. I always get bitten if they’re around). But I would look into if Zika is present in DR.
