My son is 1 now, on and off from about 5 months old we have had to rock him to sleep or pat his bum. I got sick of it I wanted him in a routine where he sleeps on his own, went well for about 3 weeks then teeth started coming through so he wasn’t sleeping well. Well he 1 now and we’re still rocking him to sleep or patting his bum, he has a routine of bath have little play bottle bed, but he just screams, he tired you can see it in his face, he grouchy he rubbing eyes but he just screams unless you rock him, soon as put him down he screams again. He settles in my bed though but I don’t want to get into that routine. Any ideas tips anything? Thankyou
