Dizzy Spells?

Im 7 weeks and 5 days. I had a bad dizzy spell for the first time yesterday.. It was bad and i was just sitting so it concerned me.. Then i researched it and found out it was complete normal. What a relief!!! It lasted over an hour.. Anyone else expiercing dizziness?

It might also be from low blood pressure. I’ve always had a low bp, and these last 2 weeks have been a nightmare with being dizzy all the time. Before you stand up, take a few deep breath’s and slowly stand up and let your bp catch up. I’ve gotten up too quickly trying to catch my 4yo and almost passed out. It should pass though.

Ive been dizzy every day since about 5 weeks and im 8 and 1 today. I had lab work done and my iron and blood sugar and all of that was good. I dont really know any solutions or tips because im still in the same boat. They say not to stand up or sit down fast but i dont feel like i do that anyways. Idk lol

I had some dizziness when I was 7 weeks.

I think I've heard it's also low iron but I'm not 100% on that. Talk to your dr and see if there's anything to help.
