Worth timing?

Currently 38w6days (3rd baby)
I dont know what its like to go into labor on my own since i was induced twice before 
So far these FEEL like BH  but they keep coming and baby isn't liking it at all. He keeps adjusting himself. 
Should i keep timing these or just get some sleep and see what happens?

Keep some water by your bed and get some sleep. True contractions will wake you up.

Drink some water and prop your feet up. If it’s in fact bh it’ll go away. If not it’s labor. However if you can sleep through it do so.

I woke up to real contractions at 1 am and went back to sleep for 7 hours. Started timing them when I woke up. went to the hospital when they were 3 min apart at noon. Had my daughter at 3pm :)

Braxton Hicks will also go away with walking, real labor will not, so if you are awake and can’t sleep, might be worth taking a walk around the house and seeing if they subside.
