Need opinion

So me and my boyfriend have been dating for nearly a year and we have talked a lot about stuff .. Lately he has called me wife material and he has helped me make a decision in which i could end up pregnant if things dont end up going well. He has been taking care of me in many ways . I've meet all his family I've been through highs and lows with him from someone dying and just a lot of other stuff. When I tease him for saying I'm wifey material he smiles and get a little embarrassed. Do you think with all this he may want a future with me?
