Opk help

I got my peak opk yesterday around 10am and something told me to check again today so I took another opk and it came out positive again. But the thing is when I tested last night at 7pm I got a negative so I thought my surge was a quick one. So when I got another peak opk this morning I thought it was a fluke and took another and this time the test line was so strong it took from the control line. Still a bit new to opks so sorry if this is a stupid question. Is it normal to ovulate get positive opks two days in a row? Should I keep testing until it gets negative again?
