Is giving up really the solution?

So many women say they got pregnant as soon as they gave up! I’m so ready to give up, but my mind won’t let me!

It’s actually been studied and proven that women who continue to use fertility aids have better luck.  If your stress level is high though, then you need to work on bringing that down.  For some women, that means “stop trying” because they aren’t alleviating their stress with other techniques.

I don't think "giving up" is the solution, more so, it's not over stressing. I intentionally conceived 3 of my 4 kids with the clear blue ovulation kit. But I didn't tell my husband I was using it (he was wanting another child but hated the 'we are officially trying ' thing) then I'd just seduce him on the happy face days lol. So I tried. But I wasn't over stressing about it.

I tried for 6 years and one month I just honestly got tired of tracking everything and gave up.. I got pregnant that same month I'm 32 weeks now with a boy.. 💙

We hadn’t given up but it was a surprise visit home for two days the month we got pregnant. He had been gone the entire month and I wasn’t worrying about it.. 2 weeks later and 🤷‍♀️🤰 I’m now 30w with our first. We had been trying for almost 10 months

It's true! I was almost obsessive with symptom spotting for a little over a year, then one month I kept doing my bbt but didnt pay attention to any fertile days or anything and that's when it happened!

your mind is a powerful thing and symptom spotting will make you go insane. i wasn’t paying attention/gave up when i got my bfp! i didn’t even think i was stressing myself out.. i was so focused on bfp’s that i made my cycles irregular. 30-34 day cycles to 49-51 day cycles. it was insane.
