My 4wk old has started with HORRIBLE reflux over the last few days. We have started on Zantac and Gaviscon as well as adding cereal to her bottles as directed by the pediatrician. But NOTHING is working. She screams all the time and refuses to sleep. Her crib is elevated, I hold her up for 45min to and hour after each feeding, and I’ve changed my diet (I pump and bottle feed). I just don’t know what else to do. It’s breaking my heart to see her in so much pain. I’m at a loss
