35 weeks + 2 days early labor?

I’ve been extremely crampy and having a lot of pressure. The baby is measuring 2 weeks ahead and I’m due for a growth scan next week to check if i need to be induced due to size. But I’ve been having contractions (nothing consistent) but definitely uncomfortable and today I woke up with cramps and in my back also. Is this regular pregnancy stuff or could it be signs of early labor? I had my son less than a year ago so maybe having babies so close together can cause earlier labor second time?
