Ache in lower right side

I will be 7 weeks tomorrow & today I’ve been getting a dull ache in my lower right side. It comes and goes and isn’t necessarily painful, just really uncomfortable. Kind of like a pulling sensation but it hurts a little. This is my 3rd baby & I just don’t remember this with my other 2. I’m just worried something may be wrong. No spotting or bleeding. I do exercise and strength train most days.. not sure if that has anything to do with it. I did strength train today. Anyone else experiencing this? Could it just be round ligament pain this early? It’s been on and off for a few hours now. Thanks!
