All day morning sickness come and go?

My morning sickness started about a week ago when I hit 6 weeks. I’ve been throwing up every morning or threw out the day. 
Today I haven’t thrown up once just very nauseated...like I’m on a boat. Is it normal for morning sickness to skip days or come and go? 
I am 6w3d. My first pregnancy I was never ever sick or nauseated.

I am 8 weeks and nauseous every day. As soon as I wake up I have to eat a solid breakfast and continue to snack throughout the day at work or I feel sick. Sometimes my body will wake itself up at 5-6am because I don’t feel good. I usually take some crackers to work and drink lots of water and it helps a lot. My doctor just prescribed me diclectin too but I haven’t taken it yet.

That's how it is for me! I'll have awful nauseous fits and then be fine for a few days... I'll think I'm totally in the clear and then BOOM! All day sickness. Best of luck!

I’m 6.4 and it seems like my days come and go but I started drinking tarty things such as lemonade or grapefruit juice and it really has helped when I feel like I’m about to up chuck.
