Breastfeeding/pumping
Hey mommies, so I’ve been breastfeeding for 15 days and pumping. I know you lose a lot of weight when breastfeeding but I’d really really REALLY like to keep my weight even though I’ve already gone from 137 to 116.8 since giving birth on 4-21. I try to eat as much as possible. People look at me crazy because I complain about being skinny and losing all my pregnancy weight but I hate being skinny and I’m scared to drop all the way back to 100 which is what happened with my 1st. Is there any foods or something anyone has tried to gain/keep weight? My drs aren’t ever really concerned since 100 apparently is normal for my height (5 foot 1) but I can not stand weighing less than I did back in 6th grade. I NEED HELLLPPP
