First Postive OPK since MC in March

AF came back about two weeks ago since having my MC at the end of March. Negative opk last night (top picture) and recieved my first postive opk this morning (bottom picture) but he is at work until later tonight! Havent had sex since Saturday. If I BD tonight will it be to late? Had a MC at the end of March and have been waiting so patiently for this positive opk since doctors tracked levels back down to 0. Still hope??
