Just found out today

I am on here looking for help and advice. Today I was diagnosed with PCOS. I am 24 years old and my husband and I were trying to get pregnant. I came off of my birth control in November and had not had a period since then. I went to the doctor trying to get answers. Found out today that PCOS is the answer. I immediately broke down crying. I feel useless. My husband and I were so excited to start trying for a baby. I feel defeated. Hopeless even. I am looking for any kind of encouragement. This is all so new to me and I am lost.
